    Really nice service and that's probably the best thing about Oscars pub. It's small and a little bit old (or so it seems) but I wasn't expecting much to begin with and it's pretty clean. There's also free parking and a patio to use if you're a smoker.

    The food you'll find here is actually surprisingly pretty good! I had a steak sandwich with wings and it was well prepared and quite cheap. Beer wasn't as great.

    Well I pulled myself into here to wait out the craziness of the snow storm. It was Friday mid afternoon so it's not unheard of that one a few folks were in here.

    The bartender didn't say hello and when he was done with his duties came up to me and asked me if I needed a drink. Not the most enthusiastic person I've ever met and definitely seemed over working that day.

    I ordered the beef dip and it was really tasty, and came out fast. The brioche bin was very succulent and au jus was standard. The beef could have been a bit more tender as some pieces were chewy but I thought it was pretty decent. The fries are really good too.

    Overall I'd be back to try out some other grub and drink. I kind of like old school seedy little joints like this. Reminds me of the Old Admiral or the classic pubs I used to frequent in Calgary

    Burger was awful even after adding so many toppings.
    Waitress didn't check on us to see how the food was and the beer was flat. Disappointed

    I'm pregnant and have been craving mozzarella sticks and someone recommended this place. I looked forward to it all day and we went in tonight but we had our toddler with us and were turned away because it's 19+. This should be front and center on here and on website. My hormonal disappointment was palpable.

    The $6 Tuesday burger special is something special.  Very good deal.  Good fries and a big thick burger.  One of my newest favourite pub specials around here.
